Our restaurants have a fantastic, stylish and unique design, inspired by Mexico, California and our surroundings.
We use the latest ordering technology to make sure that our guests get their food as quickly as possible and we serve the right drinks and play the right music in our restaurants so that our guests get a completely unique Zócalo vibe, which sets us apart from other fast food restaurants.
We have restaurants in many different sizes from 12 square meters (130 square feet) up to 300 square meters (3.300 square feet). We have restaurants in food courts like Tivoli Food Hall in Copenhagen and K25 in Stockholm up to large restaurants with seating for up to 160 people.
The guests order food at the bar. They get a beeper, and can sit down while the food is prepared. When the food is ready, the beeper vibrates and the guests can pick up their food in the kitchen window.
We have online and app ordering system. Order and pay ahead of your visit. At high volume restaurants we also offer self service kiosks so the guest can order and pay for their food.
A lot of our restaurants have self-service kiosks where our guests can order and pay by themselves. This helps our franchisees save money and helps handling peak-hour traffic at our restaurants.
Our restaurants serve a variety of Mexican beers and cocktails. We have a great selections of Mexican cocktails, beers on tap and bottled beer.
